GEFIT S.p.A. Plastics Division has been carrying out its activities for over 40 years in the following complementary sectors:

• Moulds for thermoplastic materials.
• Machines and lines for assembly.
• R&D, prototyping and product development.

The Plastics Division, in a constant strain towards excellence, is the only player in the world that matches the manufacture of moulds for thermoplastics with the production of assembly cells for plastic components of high and very high production output.

The main applications are in the food packaging, in the cosmetics and pharmaceutical industry. The customers’ demands in these particularly sensitive areas, as to quality and safety , are stringent, and the volumes often very high, that’s why the characteristics of durability and reliability are of primary importance.

Gefit sets itself as a partner in the study of product before the mould is manufactured. It is thanks to this peculiarity, that Gefit may be described as a partner supplying ideas and technical solutions even more than, and before, the industrial commodity itself.
